SOIL is an exhibition inspired by Jeongkwan Snim and Korean temple cuisine, exploring the connection between nature, food, and human creativity. Bringing together Swiss book design and Korean culture, the project reflects a shared respect for natural cycles and balance.
At the center of the space, a circular table symbolizes regeneration and continuity, while Véronique Hoegger’s photography captures the dialogue between earth, ingredients, and craft. Rooted in the idea that diversity below ground creates diversity above, SOIL frames cooking as an artistic practice shaped by time, fermentation, and nature’s rhythm.
